Postage & Packaging

• Every piece is carefully wrapped using recycled and reused materials.

• Prices reflect current courier/postal charges.

• Dispatch time: usually 1–2 working days.

• Weight-based charges:

  • Up to 1kg – £2.70

  • 1–2kg – £3.50

  • 2–5kg – £5.50

• I use Yodel, FedEx, and Royal Mail in Moffat, Scotland.
   

Collection

• You’re welcome to pick up orders from my studio, at markets, or fairs.

• Choose “Local Pick-up” at checkout and arrange a time via rjwceramics@gmail.com
   

Returns & Refunds

• Changed your mind? Contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. Postage is at your expense.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and carefully packed. Breakages during return mean a refund isn’t possible.

• Keep proof of postage — I can’t refund lost items without it.
   

Damages in Transit

• If an item arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours with a photo.

• You may need to return the item; I’ll cover the postage.

• I’ll replace damaged items as quickly as possible, depending on availability.
   

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Delivery costs aren’t refundable.
