Delivery & Returns

Postage & Packaging

All pottery is wrapped in recycled and reused materials.

All Prices are based on current postage/courier charges.

Dispatch of pottery is approx. 1-2 days.

Up to 1kg - £2.70

1 - 2kg - £3.50

2 - 5kg - £5.50

I have access in Moffat, Scotland to Yodel, Fed Ex, Royal Mail

Please ensure you inspect your order when you receive it.  If there is any problem you must notify us immediately.  Rebecca J Woods will not accept any rejection of goods at a later date, please see Returns & Refunds below.

Collection: It is an option to collect in person. You can collect at Rebecca J Woods studio, markets or Craft fairs. If you wish to collect work, please select the “Local Pick-up” option at the very end of the checkout on the website and arrange directly via email ​ .


Orders can only be cancelled provided they have not been despatched. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of cancellation.

Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind about the items you purchased, please contact Rebecca J Woods within 7 days of receiving your delivery to arrange returning the goods. Return postage is at your expense. Unfortunately postal/courier services do not cover insurance for pottery, so any breakages will also be at your expense. In the event of any breakages on returning the item you will be notified and a refund will no longer be available.

Should your product not arrive in perfect condition please contact me within 48 hours with a photograph of the item. After this time, I cannot be held responsible for goods that are no longer in my care.  In some cases you may be asked to return the damaged item, if so, Rebecca J Woods will cover the cost of return postage. Unfortunately there is no insurance available with any delivery service so Rebecca J Woods will accept responsibility and a replacement will be provided subject to availability/as soon as possible.
Always acquire proof of postage, without which any lost item cannot be refunded.


Any returned item that is not in its original unused condition, damaged or returned more than 7 working days after delivery will not qualify for a refund.

It is important that you pack items to be returned carefully to ensure againt breakages.

Refunds: If your request for a refund is approved, a credit will be issued for the cost of your item (excluding the cost of delivery) to the original source of payment.
