All products featured on the Rebecca J Woods website are made by hand, therefore completely unique. Each item is described with approximate measurements and dimensions. Items may vary slightly from the description given. Colour may also vary.

All items on the website are subject to availability.

Orders​

Please place all orders via the website. If an item you want is out of stock, please submit your email address so you can be notified when it is back in stock. If you want to place a specific order please contact Rebecca direct via the contact page. After the order has been placed, finalized and price agreed, customers will be issued with an Invoice via PayPal. Production will only commence after payment has cleared.

Orders of any items that are not in stock may take approximately 4 – 6 weeks for production.

Payment

All orders must be paid for via PayPal on the website.

Cash and card payments are accepted at craft fairs and markets.

Once your order is completed you should receive confirmation by email. You should also receive a shipping notification once it has been dispatched.

All purchases are posted nationally.
If you are an international buyer please contact me.  Please remember that in this case Rebecca J Woods will not be responsible for any additional duties charged by your country.

Postage & Packaging

All pottery is wrapped in recycled and reused materials.

All Prices are based on current postage/courier charges.

Dispatch of pottery is approx. 1-2 days.

I have access in Moffat, Scotland to Yodel, Fed Ex, Royal Mail

Please ensure you inspect your order when you receive it.  If there is any problem you must notify us immediately.  Rebecca J Woods will not accept any rejection of goods at a later date, please see Returns & Refunds below.

Collection: It is an option to collect in person. You can collect at Rebecca J Woods studio, markets or Craft fairs. If you wish to collect work, please select the “Local Pick-up” option at the very end of the checkout on the website and arrange directly via email ​rjwceramics@gmail.com .

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled provided they have not been despatched. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of cancellation.

Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind about the items you purchased, please contact Rebecca J Woods within 7 days of receiving your delivery to arrange returning the goods. Return postage is at your expense. Unfortunately postal/courier services do not cover insurance for pottery, so any breakages will also be at your expense. In the event of any breakages on returning the item you will be notified and a refund will no longer be available.

Should your product not arrive in perfect condition please contact me within 48 hours with a photograph of the item. After this time, I cannot be held responsible for goods that are no longer in my care.  In some cases you may be asked to return the damaged item, if so, Rebecca J Woods will cover the cost of return postage. Unfortunately there is no insurance available with any delivery service so Rebecca J Woods will accept responsibility and a replacement will be provided subject to availability/as soon as possible.
Always acquire proof of postage, without which any lost item cannot be refunded.

 

Any returned item that is not in its original unused condition, damaged or returned more than 7 working days after delivery will not qualify for a refund.

It is important that you pack items to be returned carefully to ensure against breakages.

Refunds: If your request for a refund is approved, a credit will be issued for the cost of your item (excluding the cost of delivery) to the original source of payment.

Workshops/Classes/Gift Vouchers
If you can't make your booked class, please give me plenty of notice and we'll find a mutually convenient alternative time. If it's less than 24 hours notice the fee will be non refundable.

Gift Vouchers
VALIDITY PERIOD - Gift Certificate expires 12 months after the date of purchase.
REDEMPTION - May be used towards any class or workshop organised & run by Rebecca J Woods ceramics, subject to availability and advance booking. To redeem, simply contact me to arrange a time to attend a class.
NON-REFUNDABLE - This Gift Certificate in whole cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. If your class is less than the cost of the class you will need to make up the extra to make the full cost of the class. REMAINING BALANCE If the gift voucher is worth more than the cost of the class I will refund in cash the excess amount.
LOST OR STOLEN CERTIFICATES – Rebecca J Woods is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates, however I may have a record of the original transaction, so will do my best to trace this and honour the gift certificate.
CANCELLATION - In the event of a business closure or transition, outstanding certificates may be subject to cancellation.
