Products
All pieces on the Rebecca J Woods website are handmade, so each one is unique. Sizes and measurements are approximate, and colours may vary slightly. Every item is subject to availability.
Orders

Orders should be placed through the website.

If something is out of stock, you can leave your email to be notified when it’s available.

For custom or special orders, please contact me directly. Once we’ve agreed on the design and price, I’ll send a PayPal invoice. I’ll start work once payment has cleared.

Custom pieces usually take 4–6 weeks.
Payment

Online: PayPal only.

In person at fairs or markets: cash or card accepted.
You’ll get an order confirmation email and a shipping notification when your item is on its way.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they’re dispatched. Refunds will be made within 14 days.
International Orders
I currently ship within the UK. If you’re ordering from abroad, please get in touch. Any customs or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Workshops & Gift Vouchers
Workshops/Classes

If you can’t make your booked class, let me know as soon as possible so we can arrange another date.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Gift Vouchers

Valid for 12 months from purchase.

Can be used for any class or workshop I run, with advance booking.

Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the class costs more than the voucher, the difference must be paid; if it costs less, the extra will be refunded in cash.

Lost or stolen vouchers: I’ll do my best to help if you have proof of purchase.
